Russian cuisine is one of the most popular and widely spread in the world. French cuisine is festive and elegant, Chinese cuisine is exotic, Russian cuisine is healthy and delicious. Our Russian cuisine chefs prepare wonderful things using meat, cabbage, potatoes, and dough (both bread and pastry), and definitely their love.
Our DISHES are highly aromatic and contain a wide variety of herbs and spices, including garlic, parsley, dill, mint, mustard, pepper and cinnamon
Our APPETIZERS (salads) look and smell very delicious, and they stimulate appetite. They are served with various seasonings and condiments, such as horseradish, mayonnaise, kvass, garlic
Our SOUPS are served as the first course. In the Russian language the world "soup" was naturalized quite late. Originally, Russian soups were called "khlebovo" or "pokhlyobka" - soup with cereals. In our menu we have borscht (beet and cabbage soup), rassolnik (soup with pickled cucumbers), and solyanka (soup with vegetables, pickled cucumbers, olives and bits of meat). In the summer, we also have varieties of cold soups, such as cold beets soups and cold spinach soups.
Our MEAT dishes are rich in meat dishes of beef, pork, lamb, poultry. Meat dishes are usually served with vegetables or mashed potato, or fried potatoes. Our mashed potatoes is not made from the powder, but cooked from real potatoes, the same your grandma or mom cooked at home.
Our PASTRY are home made. Always have nice varieties of assortment pastries and cakes.
Our BREAD is also made on the premises by one of the Russian chef.
